How LQDT Billing handles information collected through this website.

Overview

This Privacy page describes information collected on lqdtbilling.io, including when you request a demo or contact the team. It does not describe every data practice of future customer product environments.

Information we collect

When you submit the demo or contact form, we collect:

  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Optional phone number
  • Number of gym locations (selected range)
  • Whether the request is a demo or general contact

We may also receive standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and approximate location through security logs and analytics tools configured for this site.

How we use information

We use website inquiry information to:

  • Respond to demo and contact requests
  • Understand interest in LQDT Billing
  • Operate, secure, and improve this marketing website

We also use Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic, and Google Ads remarketing to show ads based on past visits to this site.

Analytics

This site uses Google Tag Manager, container GTM-MKTGNM27, for Google Analytics. We use it to understand aggregate traffic and conversion events. We do not send form field contents, such as names, emails, or phone numbers, as event parameters.

You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Google keeps analytics data under the retention setting and policies of the Google Analytics property. This page does not set that period.

Advertising

LQDT uses Google Ads remarketing through the same Google Tag Manager container. The Google Ads tag is AW-18374633676. When those advertising tags run, Google and other advertising vendors use cookies to show ads based on past visits to this site and to other sites.

Sharing

We use service providers that help us operate the site and deliver inquiry notifications (for example, email delivery and cloud hosting). We do not sell personal information collected through this website. Remarketing uses cookies to choose ads, as described above. It is not a sale of the name, email, or phone number you submit on a form.

Retention

Demo and contact requests are sent by email to hello@lqdtbilling.io and are not stored in a database. We keep those emails while we are in contact with you or your business and for our business records, and we delete them when we no longer need them. You can ask us to delete your request at any time by emailing hello@lqdtbilling.io.

Hosting and security logs, when they are enabled, are kept for the period configured on those logs. Google keeps analytics data under its own settings, as described above.

FeeCheck

This section applies when the FeeCheck tool is available on this site.

FeeCheck calculates in your browser. The amounts you type stay in that browser until you ask for the report. They are not written to browser storage and not sent to analytics. FeeCheck does not accept membership lists or statements. Gym member lists are not used as a prospect database.

If you ask for the billing cost report, we collect:

  • Name
  • Gym or business name
  • Email address, including personal email domains
  • Phone number
  • Current billing provider. If you choose Other, a short name for that provider

The report request includes the figures on the card: collected volume, ACH and card amounts and counts, your processing cost, the LQDT processing estimate, savings, and the same-month run rate. We store that numeric summary with the request. Educational email is sent only if you check that box.

If you use the billing fee review form, we also collect your phone number, the number of locations, and an optional question. We record that request as a meeting request, separate from a report download. A short notice goes to hello@lqdtbilling.io. The calendar opens only after that request is saved.

We store these choices separately, with notice version feecheck-2026-10-06-followup, the time, and the source "feecheck":

  • request_contact
  • email_nurture_opt_in
  • sms_marketing_opt_in
  • analytics_consent
  • ad_consent, which this version keeps false
  • share_summary

We use a FeeCheck request to:

  • Respond to the billing review you asked for
  • Send educational email only when that choice is checked
  • Send text messages only when that choice is checked
  • Keep the request if the notification email fails

The request is saved as a marketing lead record on Amazon Web Services, separate from gym member data and separate from the demo form. A notification email goes to hello@lqdtbilling.io. Companies that host that record and send that email process it for us. That processing is not a sale. We do not sell personal information collected through this website.

We delete the structured FeeCheck record 24 months after we save it, unless we still need it to finish a request you asked us to keep or to meet a legal duty. If you check a follow-up box, we keep that consent record for 4 years after you agree, to show what you agreed to. In that record, your email address or phone number is kept only as a keyed hash, not as plain text. The notification email in the company inbox is kept the same way as other inquiry email. We keep it while we are in contact with you or your business and for our business records, and we delete it when we no longer need it. You can ask us to delete it at any time by emailing hello@lqdtbilling.io. The amounts you type into FeeCheck are not put in browser storage.

The request is limited to 8 KB and checked on the server. We use the IP address to limit repeated submissions. If you agree to text messages, we also keep the IP address with that consent record as proof of your choice. The rate-limit record is set to delete itself about 11 minutes after it is created. Operational logs for this path record the route, the status, and an error code. They do not record your email, your question, or the amounts.

FeeCheck is for gym businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

To see, correct, or delete a FeeCheck request, email hello@lqdtbilling.io and include the email address you used on the form.

Text messages and follow-up email

This section applies when the FeeCheck forms show the follow-up choices.

Follow-up is optional. Each FeeCheck form has two separate boxes, one for email and one for texts, and both start unchecked. You do not need to check either one to get the report or book a call. Consent to texts is not a condition of purchase.

If you check the text box, LQDT Billing may send up to 3 automated marketing texts over 14 days about your FeeCheck report and booking a call with our team. Msg and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@lqdtbilling.io. Reply START to opt back in after opting out. You can also opt out any other reasonable way, such as by email. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not send texts before 8 AM or after 8 PM in your local time. To follow that, the form records the time zone your browser reports, only when you check the text box.

If you check the email box, LQDT Billing may send up to 4 emails over 14 days. Each one has an unsubscribe link. Texts and emails stop when you opt out, reply, or book a call.

When you check a box, we keep a consent record with the time, the page and form, and the version of the words you agreed to. A text consent record also keeps the IP address and the time zone. If you opt out, we keep the number or email address on a do-not-contact list so we do not message it again, even after the FeeCheck record is deleted.

We do not share mobile phone numbers or text consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except the service providers that deliver messages for us.

Scheduling

This section applies when a scheduling link is configured.

After a FeeCheck review is saved, you can open a scheduling page in a new browser tab. We link out. We do not embed the scheduler, and we do not load its script on our pages. We do not add your name, email, phone, or fee figures to the link. The page states that the conversation is 30 minutes.

The booking page is hosted by Calendly. The name, email, and time you enter there are handled by Calendly. The host name shown on that page is on Calendly's site, not in our page.

Opening the link does not book a meeting, and it does not tell us that a meeting was booked. A booking, cancellation, or reschedule is recorded on the lead only after a verified notice from the scheduler reaches our server. Until that connection is on, we do not record a meeting. The scheduling provider may still email the host when someone books on the provider's page.

If a verified booking notice is stored, it is kept with the marketing lead record and deleted on the same 24 month schedule.
